Add a help section

Please add a help section to let people know you have these thems available to download. Also, you need to explain how to install the themes. Finally, why do you have a limit or restriction on how many theme downloads can be downloaded in any given period?? Your file service is doing it, and its not necessary to do that. Its annoying!!


I posted the whole message in the subject line because YOU failed to call it "SUBJECT"...how are we to know things unless you make it clear to us??? Please work on your information area more. Otherwise, your program is fantastic!
